S.S. Girls College, Gondia Organizes One-Day Smart Investors Awareness Workshop

Gondia: A one-day Smart Investors Awareness Workshop was organized at S.S. Girls College, Gondia, managed by the Gondia Education Society, on 28th August 2024. The principal of the college, Dr. Archana Jain, presided over the event. The main objective of the workshop was to create awareness among students about investment. The keynote speaker at the workshop, Mr. Rajesh Paliwar, provided essential guidance on investments.

The workshop was organized by the Department of Home Economics, led by Dr. G.A. Bhalerao, who also delivered the welcome address and introductory remarks. Dr Nita Khandekar and Dr Lakhan Gaidhane were present in the program as the guests. The event saw the participation of all faculty members and students. The success of the event was due to the efforts of Dr. Madhuri Khobragade, Professor Deepti Brahmankar, and the cooperation of the students.

World population day was celebrated in the college on 11 July 2024. on this occasion, the district magistrate was invited on this event. All the staff members and students of different faculties were gathered in the seminar seminar hall.

International Yoga Day was celebrated in the college on 21 June 2024. Shri Bhimte Sir and Smt Sumati Dolare Madam were invited as trainers on this occasion. All the teaching and non-teaching staff members were present on this event.

NAAC PEER TEAM visited in college on 01 Feb 24 and 02 Feb 24 for assessment.
